"Are you sure this is the correct information?" a voice spoke from a computer monitor in a dark room. There was a man sitting in a fine chair looking a the monitor sending the information to the person on the other side... "Yes, I am certain of it. I had it specially delivered to the space station above SR388." the man said in a dark voice.
"You...you know that station was destroy by the hunter nearly two years ago!" the voice shouted and the man smiled, although the person on the other side could not see such gestures. "Relax, not all of that cursed station was destroyed, but what is certain... the metroids have returned to SR388... and the X parasite is no more" the man leaned back in his chair, things would be so much easier if he had a space pirate do all of the dirty work... of course SR388 was one of the most dangerous planets in the universe, and so it was the home of the most dangerous species in the universe. Metroids.
"You think there is nothing to worry about... that place is filled with metroids... you understand right?" the voice on the computer screen echoed and the man smiled again. "That is true... I'll send some, distractions to keep the metroids at bay, don't worry about it."
"Alright, we will do this for you, in exchange for his DNA!"
"Certainly...we have a deal..."

"A mission? This early in the morning?" a tall man said who had short black hair and dark green eyes. He wore a galactic suit that was well equipped with the favored stun gun and a more powerful weapon-- the newly improved federation automatic. It was much bulkier than the usual hand blasters the old federation troops used to have, and the old PED suits that had once housed phazon shards was obviously out of the question.
Now marked a new age for the federation. They had exiled the hunter Samus Aran, to many people' distrust, but the loss of the biological station above SR388 had been the cause of the Samus ban as it came to be known.
"So it just proves that our roots are seeped in poison..." he said pinning a badge on his shirt that said, "Co-leader Naroz" on it. He then strapped on his suit, which was very flexible but prevented from the average laser fire from piercing the vulnerable flesh. They were currently in a briefing dock where various teams of federation troops would go off on missions from the top. Naroz was the co-leader of the operation, but because the real leader was out from some plague he had caught on Byrro, they had no choice but to go one man short.
"Hey Galleon, let's go!" Naroz said running onto their craft, which was a Federation heavy fighter, comprised of four guns, but small cargo space.
